1. To develop strong working relationships with both internal departments and external customers.

2. To act as a first point of contact whenever possible for customers with any queries or problems and ensure that customers receive a full and efficient sales service.

3. To assist the Manager or Corporate Management in preparation of sales management reports and presentations.

4. To support the sales team in maximizing revenue through sales productivity improvement.     

5. To provide sales support to the sales team including sales order processing, data entry & liaising inter-departments, vendors and customers.

6. To assist the sales team to prepare proposals & documents for customer enquiries.

7. To maintain the status of customer enquiries in the CRM/BPA databases.

8. Assist in management support such as preparing report/documents for Management, writing minutes of meeting. 

9. To assist the sales team in any other areas of the business as required.

10. To constantly monitor and remind sales person of imminent Tender/Bid closure datelines.

11. Other duties assigned by Management.

4. 通過提高銷售效率來支持銷售團(tuán)隊實(shí)現(xiàn)收入最大化。    

5. 為銷售團(tuán)隊提供銷售支持，包括銷售訂單處理、數(shù)據(jù)輸入和部門間聯(lián)絡(luò)、供應(yīng)商和客戶。

6. 協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊準(zhǔn)備客戶咨詢的建議書和文件。

7. 維護(hù)客戶查詢在CRM/BPA數(shù)據(jù)庫中的狀態(tài)。

8. 協(xié)助管理支持，例如為管理層準(zhǔn)備報告/文件、撰寫會議紀(jì)要。

9. 根據(jù)需要協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊處理任何其他業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域。

10. 不斷監(jiān)控和提醒銷售人員即將到來的投標(biāo)/投標(biāo)截止日期。

11. 管理層交辦的其他職責(zé)。  

市場營銷或工商管理本科

. 至少1年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

? 技術(shù)背景/知識者優(yōu)先

? 能夠獨(dú)立工作，有責(zé)任心和上進(jìn)心

? 良好的溝通技巧（英語）

? 能夠與客戶建立積極的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系并處理查詢。

? 能夠獨(dú)立進(jìn)行簡單的商務(wù)函電。
